SUCCESSFUL COACH (COMMUNICATION AND TRUST)




We could say that the greatest source of knowledge for us as coaches are our predecessors.
And I start by mentioning this, because when someone asks me about my management style, I have to think about the people who have most influenced my way of learning, and thinking about them, two of the characteristics that come to my mind are: the TRUST that it transmits to its players, and the precise and effective COMMUNICATION with which they are handled.
That is why I think that these two qualities must be an essential part in the profile of a successful coach.
